“MUIA has helped me during my entire stay in Great Falls. That started with money for work clothes then progressed to assistance with earning my diploma and passing my hiset. They continued to support my during my entire undergraduate tenure where I would earn an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts. I am graduating with a psychology degree with a concentration on Forensic Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. It’s been a long journey but the efforts were worth the trouble. I started my undergraduate program in 2020 at The University of Montana and have been a client with MUIA for the entirety of my time here at UM. I graduated with my BA this past spring in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. MUIA has been a huge contributor to my success at UM, as they have helped me purchase textbooks and rental assistance, I appreciate all of the support the MUIA team provides for indigenous students like myself who need additional support to be successful. I look forward to continuing working with MUIA as I enter my graduate program in Fall 2024 for Speech-Language Pathology.
